There will be 2 in class exams plus a cumulative final. Each exam is worth 100 points and the final is worth 200 points. The lowest 100 points will be dropped.

There will be additional assignments that will be counted as part of the final (approximately 10%).

Sample Grade Calculation: Exam 1: 85/100, Exam 2: 80/100, , final 140/200.
Since the final (70/100) is the lowest grade, the grades used are 85 + 80+ 70 = 235/300
Final Grade: 235/300  = 78 = C+

The answer Manual is also available in the Library. I suggest you save your money and not buy the student answer key as it contains few answers with no worked out problems
